Health Data System Solutions Director
Key Role:
Lead and direct large programs responsible for data modernization and application development technology solutions that help clients improve the mission of federal government health clients. Maintain responsibility for transforming the missions of key federal clients from legacy applications to more modern development approaches. Maintain responsibility for leading teams and driving solutions development for existing and future clients. Build teams by hiring and developing top talent and build new business with clients in the health market.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with program management, including conducting primary interactions with senior clients
10+ years of experience with leading enterprise data and application development programs, leading teams of up to 50
3+ years of experience with leading transformation programs and data modernization initiatives
Ability to collaborate, influence, and lead through others in a matrixed environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with solution-driven business development
Experience with articulating the tradeoffs in the usage of various technical stacks, tools, and frameworks
Experience with leading teams through migrations to Cloud architectures or providers, including SaaS and PaaS
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including action orientation
Possession of excellent analytical skills
Public Trust
Master’s degree in Computer Science or other technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
