Requirements
  • You have 3+ years' experience in Supply Planning or an equivalent Supply Chain position, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain and/or APICS certification
  • You have knowledge of supply chain management, inventory management, global distribution network planning and project management practices
  • You are a proficient user of Excel and have ERP experience
  • You have excellent English written and spoken communication skills
  • You have advanced analytical skills, understanding possible operational/financial impacts
  • You have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a people-facing role
  • You are not deterred by ambiguity and frequent changes in the world of supply chain
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with competing priorities
