Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of Marketing strategies in support of strategic vision for assigned channel, ensuring link to business plans and strategy.
  • Annual Marketing Planning: Develop the annual eCommerce marketing program with three key retail partners.
  • Be a best-in-class executor of brand, product, and channel priorities via overall marketing plan execution, measurement and optimization.
  • Retail eCommerce Optimization: Bring to life the ‘Why Schlage’ story online to best convey our brand, premium proposition, and product differentiators. Create and execute strong eCommerce plan to maintain and grow Schlage market share. Drive measurable improvement in PDP conversion rates.
  • Promotions: Create an integrated retail promotional program that will drive incremental retail promotional revenue. Gain internal and retail approval of promotional plans and execute to optimal results.
  • Retail Media Network: Develop and activate robust and measurable retail media network (paid media) campaign to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion for Schlage products. Drive key KPIs and improvements in YOY ROAS.
  • Marketing Launches: Support new product introduction marketing efforts online including the publication of best-in-class content and demand creation plans.
  • Customer Insights: Understand target audience and segments’ insights as well as larger customer journey, and apply them to the retail purchase journey and content
  • PLR/LR Support: Participate in the retail PLRs, BRs, and key strategy meetings, and partner with the Sales Team to strategize content for and our approach to these meetings. Develop the channel marketing recommendations for the go-forward support plan, which will include the annual marketing plan, promotional plan, content plan, and retail media network plans to support the assortment recommendation.
  • Retail Partnerships: Develop strong partner relationships with retail partners to assess customer needs, develop strategic retail marketing plan, drive alignment of channel marketing budget, and ensure execution with retail partner.
  • Vendor Management: Support internal and external vendors including assisting in development of Statement of Work and project oversight ensuring completion on time and on budget
  • Budget Leadership: Support development and management of channel marketing budget, expenses, and forecasts.
  • Marketing Measurement and Optimization: Analyze our sales data, website traffic and trends, and retailer data to assess marketing lever effectiveness. Report monthly on which tactics are performing well, or not. Optimize the marketing plan accordingly and negotiate with retailers for new metrics and data transparency. Continually identify new opportunities or strategies. Build business cases, oversee financial analysis, and gather internal support and approval to test new initiatives supporting your retailer or channel.
  • Competitive Landscape: Analyze, understand, and action on competitive activities and trends for marketing planning and growth purposes
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in B2C brand marketing and sales activation activities. Leadership experience preferred
  • Experience leading strategic Initiatives (i.e., launched a new product, category expansion experience leading the work and cross-functional stakeholders)
  • Ability to identify and provide strategic insights such as Market Conditions, Competitive Activities, Strategic KPIs for Channel Partners
  • Advanced 'presence' and confidence in ability to represent Allegion/Schlage in support of company goals
  • Strong internal brand and credibility with internal stakeholders/partners (Or ability to build quickly)
  • Advanced understanding of how manufacturers and retailers operate in typical business review, sales process, and operations processes
  • Understanding of sales pipeline and channel management; including experience supporting pricing strategy for various channel partners, navigating market pricing dynamics
  • Solid understanding of multi-step distribution and indirect channel sales
  • Advanced functional understanding of analytics and how best to develop insights and action plans based on Data

Allegion acquires DCI Hollow Metal on Demand to expand West Coast presence

Allegion, a global security products provider, has acquired DCI Hollow Metal on Demand, a Los Angeles-based manufacturer of custom hollow metal doors and frames. Financial terms were not disclosed. DCI produces quick-ship solutions for industrial, commercial and institutional markets, serving hospitals, government buildings, schools, universities and stadiums. The company will operate within Allegion's Americas segment. DCI CEO Bob Briggs will serve in an advisory role during the transition. The acquisition strengthens Allegion's mechanical portfolio and expands its West Coast presence. DCI joins Allegion's doors and frames portfolio, which includes brands like Steelcraft, Republic Doors and Krieger Specialty Products. Allegion reported $4.1 billion in revenue in 2025.

JPMorgan cuts Allegion price target to $180 but maintains Overweight rating despite growth headwinds

JPMorgan has lowered its price target on Allegion plc to $180 from $190 whilst maintaining an Overweight rating, citing resilient margin performance despite growth challenges. The adjustment follows the company's fourth-quarter results released on 17 February. Allegion reported Q4 revenue exceeding $1 billion, up 9.3% year-on-year, with adjusted earnings per share of $1.94 and an adjusted operating margin of 22.4%. Full-year available cash flow reached $685.7 million. The company returned $175 million in dividends and $80 million in share repurchases to shareholders, whilst deploying approximately $630 million on acquisitions. For 2026, Allegion guided adjusted EPS to $8.70–$8.90, with total revenue expected to grow 5%–7%, driven by electronics and non-residential segments.
