Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage new partnership appointments
  • Proactively manage Partnership Portal service request
  • Manage individual task and workflows in efficient and timely manner
  • Assist Internal Operations team members with general and partnership specific questions
  • Assist field Operations team members with partnership specific questions; navigate potential issues and provide walk through type support when needed
  • Determine vehicle and customer needs based off field inspections
  • Audit field inspection reports for critical information in regards to compliance and partnership requirements
  • Communicate field inspections to partners when specific repairs require authorizations and approvals
  • Communicate repair and claim information to customers and record all information and correspondence within our internal programs
  • Create customer and partnership profiles within our internal systems
  • Produce accurate repairs orders for customers that include; estimates, claim information and cost associated with specific partnerships
  • Schedule customers and repairs accordingly
  • Research repair procedures, parts and labor times when necessary
  • Audit completed repairs orders and invoice partners
  • Engage with customers in meaningful and effective manner via phone, email or text leveraging our digital platform consistent with the company’s mission brand and reputation; Follow up when necessary
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers, partners and internal teams
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers and partners to drive loyalty and growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and education
  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service involving a high degree of customer interface, experience within the automotive market preferred
  • Experience working with automotive professionals
