Requirements
- Extensive Workday (core HR) business process knowledge, including but not limited to; Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Time/Leave management, Time Tracking etc
- 3+ years of Configuration and hands-on experience in Workday in - Core HCM, Business Process, Organization Setup, Security, Compensation Management, Time & Absence,Time Tracking and Benefits
- Experience working at either a scaling/fast growing company or at a large scale company with experience in designing scalable and consistent processes
- Strong systems thinking skills (Able to identify all dependencies in the system when considering work or direction)
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand priorities and business needs
- A learning mindset; you have an ongoing interest and passion for learning
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and optimization
- A sense of urgency / are action oriented
- 8+ years of professional experience; 3+ years of specific Workday experience

Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for core components of Workday such as security, business processes, compensation eligibility rules, various foundational data, and reporting
- Utilize your experience with the Workday platform, including Business Process Redesign, Core HCM, Compensation, Time Off / Time Tracking / Absence, Talent and Benefits
- Partner with a broad array of stakeholders from the People Ops, IT Business Systems, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Teams on planning system enhancements and changes
- Provide guidance on documentation and work with teams to build it as we continuously improve business processes
- Participate in creating and executing test scenarios and rollout for system changes
- Support our Compensation and People Operations teams by uploading EIBs for mass data changes
