Cloud Service Provider Partnership Lead
Key Role:
Leverage background in cloud technologies and management and execution of billable client delivery projects within the healthcare sector. Apply strategic partnership management and hands-on project leadership, especially within the context of federal government agencies. Leverage cloud partnerships to advance health adoption and solutions, ensuring successful project delivery that contributes to our growth and meets client mission needs and satisfaction. Nurture Cloud Service Provider (CSP) relationships, engage directly with clients on billable projects, and drive strategic cloud initiatives to enhance federal health research solutions and client mission outcomes. Drive partnerships with CSPs and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendors to align their technologies with health and federal project goals. Lead billable client projects to ensure quality, team, and budget alignment, enhancing innovation through strategic cloud solutions. Monitor and analyze cloud technology trends to keep our partnerships and solutions at the forefront of innovation. Manage billable client projects end-to-end, promoting client satisfaction through effective cloud service utilization. Coordinate with CSP reseller and distribution companies to support client missions. Advocate for advanced cloud solutions, integrating CSP technologies into project pipelines to enhance go-to-market strategies and project outcomes. Provide key support to health account leadership by integrating CSP and vendor solutions into our project pipeline, fostering innovation, and boosting project outcomes. Lead client project roadmap strategy, plan, and client delivery. Facilitate seamless communication and strategic alignment across teams, CSPs, and technology partners, translating client technical requirements into program integration efforts. Communicate program business objectives to Cloud Partners, ensuring priorities are integrated into partner roadmaps, encompassing reporting, training, engagement, and support. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them in leveraging cloud services for their cloud health research initiatives, Ensure the full scope of functional and technical requirements is included in CSP Roadmap and related efforts through coordination among program teams.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategic partnership management or business development, including with cloud services and solutions
Experience with supporting federal health agency clients, such as HHS and NIH
Experience in project management, including budget oversight, timeline management, and leading teams in complex environments
Knowledge of federal contracting processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and teaming arrangements
Knowledge of product strategy, management, and enhancing customer experience
Ability to support health account leadership by identifying new opportunities with CSPs, facilitating emerging solution integrations, demonstrate initiative, and manage complex client relationships and project deliveries
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
Bachelor’s degree
Cloud fundamental certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader
Additional Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with strategic partnership management or business development, including with cloud services and digital transformation
Experience navigating the federal contracting environment, including leading RFIs, RFPs, and direct collaboration with partners highlighting the unique requirements and challenges associated with federal health missions and initiatives at HHS or NIH
Experience fostering innovation through CSP partnerships, showing tangible results, such as enhanced cloud solutions, improved client satisfaction, or notable business growth from partnerships
Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics, especially their application in health or research contexts
Knowledge of digital health policies and regulations, including initiatives aimed at enhancing digital health and research delivery, data sharing, and privacy
Ability to drive adoption of emerging technologies for health research projects, demonstrating leadership in guiding teams and stakeholders through digital transformation initiatives
Ability to lead business development activities, including federal RFI and RFP responses and client presentations
Possession of excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Master’s degree in Business, IT, Public Health, Computer Science, Management, or Health Informatics
Advanced CSP certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, and Product Strategy and Management certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
