Logistics provides many of the toughest problems to solve in industry. The problem space spans many challenges on which the customer experience is dependent, including forecasting demand, network route pathfinding, data analysis, and building, scaling, and improving tools. About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering technical projects, working closely with the business and product peers to build and execute on a well thought out roadmap. Hire the right resources and deliver highly scalable and performant systems. Grow your team through mentorship and hiring.
Expect to roll up your sleeves and dive into technical details and work a problem with the team. This may include occasional support on nights and weekends.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing team(s)
- 5+ years of experience writing code in at least one high-level language (Java, DotNet Core, Kotlin, Scala, etc.)

- Passion for machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistics, Bayesian probability, and data structures and algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to occasionally work nights and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
Expected compensation: $200,000-220,000 base salary +equity + benefits
