Business Title: Operations Analyst (Remote/Flexible)

Position Overview:
The position reports to the Head of Operations and supports the needs of the Insulet Canada Commercial Team and key external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong administrative, communication, coordination, planning and logistical skills, as well as an ability to contribute creative yet practical solutions to problems. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively and independently in a key cross-functional role within Insulet Canada.
Responsibilities:
·Support of the customer ordering process, ensuring necessary information is captured and reconciled between systems
·Inbounding and processing of training reimbursement requests, including review for accuracy and support, consolidation for payment and processing, responding to partner questions
·Support of travel loaner program, ensuring that adequate paperwork is obtained, and devices are fulfilled and returned.
·Management of accurate data within the Salesforce and SAP systems in collaboration with Accounts Payable and Purchasing teams
·Management of purchase requisitions and vendor payments
·Entry and fulfillment of distributor and employee product orders
·Ability to be flexible handling priority activities to support the Commercial Team.
·Performs other duties as required.

·The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our Oakville, Ontario offices. The preferred location is near Toronto.
·Occasional travel depending on business need
