Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience
  • 3+ years of related project and/ or program management experience, ideally in a product development or consulting environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading project teams
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, etc.) desired
  • Strong knowledge of project management standards (PMBOK)
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with leadership teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Experience with process organization and management
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Being self-driven, eager to learn and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills
  • Exceptional work ethic; being adaptable to ever-changing demands, with the ability to refocus and develop options for quick changes in projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience in using analytical methods to improve processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company

Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally, within the Run-Sight Lab, to identify opportunities for project management, process improvement, organizational change management and system & tools improvements
  • Provide dashboards that deliver key visibility into all projects and elevate key decision points when needed
  • Collaborate with the Run-Sight Lab leaders to develop scope for projects, present solution proposals and provide end-to-end project leadership delivery
  • Project Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Create a process to facilitate department requests and questions for Run-Site Lab research
  • Facilitate alignment between Run-Sight Lab research teams and key stakeholders for all on-going preojects
  • Maintain standard project management documentation and metrics
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements; assemble and lead the project teams
  • Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control and project status
  • Report, manage and mitigate project issues, risks and escalations, and ensure project delivery and overall success
  • Track, manage, and report on project budget and milestones and provide status reports to project stakeholders
  • Gather requirements, design, develop and implement tools for standardizing project and process management within the Run-Sight Lab
  • Understand and implement process improvement methodologies to initiate process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain knowledge of internal and external best practices related to project and process management
  • Hold teams accountable for deliverables by positively influencing within the Run-Sight Lab
  • Occasional Domestic and International travel may be required
