Requirements
  • 3+ years of Buying experience, eCommerce experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables and working with large data sets
  • Strong product affinity focused on building the correct assortment for the customer
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a face paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in eCommerce and the digital retail landscape
  • Business or fashion background preferred
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to create assortments for Americas Packs
  • Run weekly sales analysis and create reports to share with senior leadership team
  • Responsible for creating promotional sku lists, working closely with the site operations team and email teams to ensure creative aligns with inventory investments
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure product chosen for campaigns features largest investments & aligns with brand vision
  • Partner with site merchandiser to QA site during new product launches & promotions to ensure merchandising reflects tops investments
  • Responsible for checking and approving email creative ensuring we have ample inventory, and that pricing is reflected correctly
  • Run seasonal hindsight to present to senior leadership team (internal) noting what worked and what needs to change moving forward
  • Run ad-hoc reporting as requested
