Position Overview
The Addressable Activation department serve as KINESSO’s hands-on-keyboard platform experts, focusing on all aspects of successful campaign execution and stewardship. The Associate Director is accountable for the performance & pacing of all campaigns within their assigned brands and ensures that departmental standards & process are properly understood and implemented. They act as a point of escalation and are a source of advanced knowledge for complex setup, optimization, and platform nuances.
Responsibilities
· Builds relationships with mid to senior level stakeholders at clients; builds capabilities and serves as customer relationship manager
· Approves vendor selections and scopes; oversees the team meeting with vendors; brings own expertise to vendor selection
· departmental standards and process are customized to fit the specific needs of assigned clients and are implemented across all campaigns; advises on and/or conducts advanced setup, troubleshooting, and optimization; vets vendor capabilities through RFIs and demos
· Leads design of reporting dashboards and develops presentations to ensure results are clearly communicated. Owns accuracy of all reporting
· Develops long-term solutions for clients including custom data management solutions and data solutions
· Tactically manages a small group of managers and/or professional employees; has responsibility for performance, development and coaching of direct team
· Adapts account plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
· Collaborates with partners/colleagues across functions and/or centers of excellence
Required Skills and Experience
· Experience seeking and curating new business relationships and/or solutions; developing solutions using new or existing processes; and building team leadership qualities and soft skills needed to manage up/down/laterally (e.g., ability to navigate and be effective with multiple personalities)
· Knowledge of technology, measurement, ad tech, marchtech solutions, including platforms
o Examples include DV360, Adwords, The Trade Desk, Roku, Vistar, Facebook, Snapchat, CM360, GA4 etc.
· Intermediate to strong data analysis skills
· Ability to collaborate with partners/colleagues across functions and/or centers of excellence
· Accountability for the performance, development, and results of a small client account or across multiple accounts; leads account decisions, budget spending, and staffing
· Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or clients
· A history of team management/mentorship and a comfort with internal/external-facing communication

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
