Requirements
  • Three to five or more years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Support Engineering, preferably at an API-driven, developer-first, or artificial intelligence company.
  • Fluency in application programming interfaces, developer workflows, and integration patterns sufficient to run demonstrations and troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 issues.
  • Experience serving a high volume of customers or building scaled or tech-touch programs, including digital onboarding, one-to-many campaigns, webinars, self-serve enablement, or automated journeys.
  • Experience building repeatable playbooks, templates, or automations that work across many customers.
  • Ability to use product usage and customer health data to prioritize, measure, and refine work.
  • Ability to create written and verbal content that educates and drives action across a broad audience.
  • Ability to demonstrate a tool, agent, script, workflow, or customer program built to permanently eliminate recurring work, including what it replaced and what it continues to do.

Responsibilities
  • Own adoption, retention, and expansion across a large, pooled portfolio of scaled-segment customers through a one-to-many motion rather than dedicated one-to-one coverage.
  • Design and execute scalable customer journeys, including digital onboarding sequences, automated lifecycle touchpoints, in-app guidance, and self-serve resources, to drive rapid time-to-first-value and consistent activation.
  • Provide in-person support during activation, technical blockers, expansion signals, renewal, and risk moments.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance by running and recording demonstrations, guiding application programming interface integrations and architecture decisions, troubleshooting Level 1 and Level 2 issues, and maintaining current knowledge of the company's application programming interfaces.
  • Build and maintain reusable enablement assets, including demonstration scripts, integration guides, sample code, evaluation kits, playbooks, and micro-videos, for customers and go-to-market teams.
  • Run one-to-many programs, including webinars, office hours, and education campaigns, to drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and churn-risk signals across the portfolio and trigger proactive, prioritized outreach based on data.
  • Identify and scope cross-sell, upsell, and multi-product expansion opportunities at scale, partnering with Sales on higher-value opportunities.
  • Represent the customer internally by translating digital interactions and usage data into input for the product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and internal tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report portfolio-level key performance indicators, including activation, adoption, usage, health, retention, and expansion.
  • Build systems that automate recurring research, account summaries, follow-ups, content, and technical investigation to increase leverage across the segment.

Unlike traditional TTS models that treat each request independently, Flux TTS carries conversation forward, maintaining consistent tone and pacing throughout exchanges. Flux TTS joins Flux speech-to-text (STT) within Deepgram's broader voice AI platform and is backed by the same runtime and deployment flexibility organizations already use to process speech with Deepgram at scale. Through Deepgram's Voice Agent API, enterprises can orchestrate speech recognition, agent reasoning, and speech generation through a single API. Flux TTS builds on Deepgram's existing TTS capabilities with more expressive, conversation-native speech generation specifically for live interactions.
