Requirements
  • A high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry is required.
  • The employee must be able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and visitors at the work site.
  • Verification of a tuberculin skin test is required as required by state law and company policy.
Responsibilities
  • Train within a designated home center.
  • Support sister facilities as assigned.
  • Progress through structured development phases.
  • Participate in leadership development and competency validation.
  • Upon readiness, be assigned to a center as a Maintenance Supervisor or Director within the company.
  • The Preceptor provides day-to-day training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • The Senior Maintenance Director ensures program consistency, conducts oversight, and reports progress to market and regional leadership.
  • Market Leadership supports program alignment, staffing strategy, and promotion readiness.
