Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, a related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
  • Ensure fabric is purchased and purchase requisitions are released each month to achieve target inventory levels and fill rates, as well as on time delivery for styles/store load ins
  • Able to run and analyze net position reports. Utilize Logility, Power BI, SAP, & NGC to proactively analyze style and SKU health. Call out any concerns to Lead Supply Planning Analyst and/or Manager
  • Troubleshoot when styles aren't planning correctly to root cause and correct issues
  • Facilitate new style set ups and prepack information. Ensure info is passed to sourcing and the vendors in a timely manner to achieve on time delivery
  • Manage PRs/POs as necessary to achieve targeted inventory levels and fill rates including sizing of POs on time and requesting resizing, cancellation, pushouts or expediting
  • Attend weekly meetings as needed, and communicate with business partners & regional sourcing offices in a timely manner on any issues that could potentially impact deliveries
