  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 9+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of project management relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Management Tools
  • NPI/Sustenance release governance process experience
  • Master’s degree in Engineering and/or scientific discipline, or MBA
  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum Master Experience
  • SAFe/ RTE or handling ART Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs and coordinating multiple teams to execute concurrent, interdependent projects
  • Well-versed in R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory process (e.g. IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and able to influence all customers (both internal and external) on issues that impact the business and its technical service and product strategies. Active listening skills with a keen awareness for various messaging styles; and polished ability to tailor delivery to a broad range of audiences
  • Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, negotiating; managing change; goal setting; planning and organizing teamwork; ability to address difficult situations; conflict resolution; resource constraint and problem solving.
  • Independent thinker with the ability to take both a commercial and operational view of complex situations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Facilitate Agile teams through daily Scrums, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
  • Use data to assess and improve team performance and Scrum Maturity.
  • Address impediments to team agility and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coach teams on Agile practices and ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to design control requirements.
  • Define and negotiate project resource requirements.
  • Communicate project status and activities.
  • Manage project budgets and oversee capital expenditures.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Challenge teams to meet project goals.
  • Provide routine status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure communication across teams and business units.
  • Function as the primary point-of-contact for key leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.
  • Contribute to project prioritization decisions by providing data and analysis from current and past projects.
  • Travel up to 25%.
