Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect
  • 3+ years of lead or management experience
  • 5 to 7 years experience in Observability, Log Management, or Data Analytics
  • Strong background with big data platforms, data lakes, streaming analytics, log management, or SIEM
  • Code writing proficiency in C/C++, Shell, Perl, Python
  • Experience with RegEx and writing parsers
  • Background in cloud providers and technologies such as Kubernetes
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience leading a technical team
  • Ability to problem solve in complex situations
  • Prioritization skills
  • Availability to travel up to 25%
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and highly responsive
Responsibilities
  • Align SentinelOne offerings to prospects' and customers' requirements
  • Drive direction and strategy of demonstrations and proof-of-concept efforts
  • Implement and manage an effective SE strategy
  • Build relationships with prospects, customers, and sales team
  • Coach, mentor, and grow the sales engineering team
  • Recruit and support new customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Motivate and lead a technical team
  • Problem solve in complex situations
  • Prioritize engagement and support in line with strategic focus
