Responsibilities
  • Manage all technical aspects of the Catapult Advanced LPS Live Game Tracking system.
  • Set up, test, and confirm Catapult LPS equipment readiness before competitions.
  • Troubleshoot technical or operational issues before and during competitions.
  • Attend Catapult training and administrative calls.
  • Attend Catapult system training in person or via webinar as determined by Catapult.
  • Pass a certification test.
  • Adhere to Catapult game-day timelines.
  • Provide other assigned services under the direction of Catapult’s Remote Product Support Technician.
