Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business outcomes and employee needs
  • Partner with senior executives, collaborators, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Design team to conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including conceptualization, development, testing, and launch
  • Establish objectives and crucial metrics to measure product success
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, championing a collaborative team environment
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business and communication teams
