- Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec.
- Have a minimum of 18 months of experience in a residential and long-term care centre, which is mandatory.
- Have a car because public transportation is unavailable.
- Be able to perform triage and work in the resuscitation room.
- Be qualified in resuscitation and have current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation credentials.
- Be qualified to perform triage; Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale certification is an asset.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate closely with physicians.
- Review patient records.
- Develop individualized care plans.
