  • 4+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing US benefits administration
  • 2+ years of experience managing day-to-day leaves of absence
  • Strong knowledge of employment law including FMLA/CFRA, ADA, COBRA, FLSA, and related state and federal regulations
  • Experience conducting high-volume onboarding
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Responsibilities
  • Review, design, and administer Zipline’s US benefit plans
  • Manage Zipline’s US leaves of absence program
  • Manage all administrative aspects of our US onboarding program
  • Own employee lifecycle changes within Zipline’s HRIS
  • Handle all workers' compensation claims
