Summary:

The Direct Response AccountCoordinator position at Warner Bros.Discovery is the entry level role that leads youtowards the path to a successful career within multiplatform media sales. DR Account Coordinatorprovides sales support to DR Account Executives, Sales Planners, Clients and Agencies regarding media on Warner Bros. Discovery’s US networks.

Responsibilities:

Assist Direct Response Account Executive in coordination & execution of media schedules and account maintenance.

Input orders, process revisions, verify and disseminate contracts.

Establish strong business relationships and actas a liaison with advertising agency counterparts and internal Warner Bros. Discovery departments includingNational Sales Team, Pricing Planning & Operations,Linear Commercial Operations, our and Billing Teams

Respond to all client requestsin a timely mannerto ensure meeting their needs

Work directly with Inventory Management to best optimizeweekly inventory and maximize revenue

Reconcilebilling discrepancies with agencies and billing department.

Perform other responsibilities as directed by Sales Support Management Team, Account Executives and/or Vice President(s) Ad Sales for assigned networks.

Requirements:

Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups

High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize

Learns and applies new information, concepts, and techniques in area of practice

Great verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Strong problem solving skills and customer service skills

Detail oriented and team player

Must be able to work collaboratively with team members

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies

Must be able and willing to provide overtime work when necessary

Previous related experience is a plus

Must have the legal right to work in the United States

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $40,593.00 - $75,388.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
