Job Title: Analyst, Strategic Projects

Location: New York, NY (with occasional travel)

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Analyst to work with our executive team. This role involves managing strategic special projects and offers significant exposure to and interaction with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in a top consulting firm, investment bank or comparable professional environment, and will bring a blend of analytical rigor, critical thinking, outstanding communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a thought partner to the executive team, assisting in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Manage and lead special projects with high visibility and impact across the company.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations, ensuring clear communication and efficient decision-making processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive company-wide priorities and projects.
• Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members, senior leaders, and external partners.
• Travel as required to support project execution and team alignment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a leading consulting firm, investment bank, or a comparable professional environment.
• Excellent academic performance complemented by extracurricular leadership experience - strong combo of EQ and IQ.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; you can distill complex concepts into clear, concise insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; you'll help write memos and craft presentations for a variety of audiences.
• Obsessive attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Known for a remarkable work ethic; you go the extra mile to deliver high-quality results.
• A demonstrated passion for entrepreneurship

Target Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000-135,000. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary reflected does not include an annual discretionary bonus, or other benefits offered by the Company, as applicable.
