Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new project management platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure the platform to meet the needs of various stakeholders and business needs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
  • Oversee the integration of the project management platform with existing systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training program to ensure all users are proficient in utilizing the new platform.
  • Monitor the performance and adoption of the platform, adjusting as necessary to optimize its effectiveness.
  • Allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks associated with the implementation project.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and plans.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to diverse audiences.
