- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Proficient knowledge with applying modern advanced analytics methods (predictive modeling, machine learning, optimization, statistical modeling)
- Experience with Time Series/Forecasting Modeling and optimization techniques
- Solid grasp of mathematics, with a strong foundation in calculus, linear algebra, optimization, probability, and statistics
- Strong Python or R coding skills to develop numerical models
- SQL knowledge is needed to work with Snowflake and PostGress Databases
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) complex analytical and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical employees
- Ability to problem solve and ask teammates for help when needed
- Apply entry level knowledge of modern advanced analytics methods (predictive modeling, Machine Learning, and optimization) in the Operations Research space, and a solid grasp of the mathematics used for each method
- Use techniques that integrate traditional and non-traditional datasets and methods to enable analytical solutions especially in the supply chain, decision sciences, and operations optimization realms
- Apply predictive analytics, machine learning, simulation, and optimization techniques to generate internal insights and enable customer-facing applications; participates in building analytical solutions leveraging internal and external applications to deliver value and create competitive advantage
- Translate complex analytical and technical concepts to non-technical employees
- Enrollment in a Graduate degree program
- Experience with Snowflake and PostGress Databases
- Experience with customer-facing applications
