Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, growth, consulting, strategy, operations, startups, or related roles.
  • Preferably with an early background in consulting or banking with a strong focus on analytics, followed by a transition into marketing.
  • Proficient in customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing (SEO, SEM, email). Skilled in lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Experienced in brand development, storytelling, and product marketing. Capable of positioning products and crafting resonant brand messaging.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for KPI tracking. Experienced in testing and optimization (A/B, multivariate testing).
  • Skilled in partner and agency management, ensuring brand alignment. Effective in stakeholder engagement, particularly with investors.
  • A history of driving profitable growth using various marketing channels, balancing experimentation while managing towards CAC targets.
  • Experience with fitness/health/wellness/services and/or 4-wall/retail/studio marketing efforts a plus.
  • Creative problem solver with expertise in scaling and optimizing growth efforts.
  • Experienced in high-speed startup environments requiring quick decision-making.
  • Preferably from a CPG background or with comprehensive, multi-disciplinary marketing experience.
Responsibilities
  • Drive efficient customer acquisition across paid (social, search, digital) and organic channels, focusing on retail traffic and CAC efficiency.
  • Lead paid social and digital ads, managing end-to-end campaigns, timelines, content, A/B testing, and media-buying for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and optimize email/SMS flows (e.g., welcome, win back), collaborating with creative teams to enhance engagement for Studio and CPG.
  • Design and test landing pages to drive conversions, overseeing all stages from ideation to analysis.
  • Continuously improve landing pages and websites to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build influencer relationships to boost brand reach and engagement.
  • Strengthen brand presence with studio marketing, professional partnerships, and event activations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis across growth KPIs, making recommendations to support Studio and CPG objectives.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics for insights into CAC, ROI, LTV, and retention.
  • Manage and adjust the marketing budget based on performance to ensure efficient CAC and ROI.
  • Work with leadership to set goals and identify new opportunities across Studio and CPG.
  • Streamline workflows, ensuring cross-functional alignment and cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Confidently present KPIs, test results, and budgets in investor meetings.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to deepen understanding of customer needs.
  • Regularly analyze trends and feedback to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage PR efforts to maintain media presence, positioning the company as a hair growth industry leader.
