Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, an online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
  • Fluent English and Russian communication skills to support client relationships in the region.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking by advising on account and conversion setup, validation, and conversion-window configuration.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues during app campaign launches.
  • Drive down-funnel events and maximize lifetime value by designing and executing comprehensive media plans for in-app purchase, in-app advertising, and hybrid business-generation models across gaming and non-gaming verticals.
  • Drive business growth and meet quarterly goals.
  • Act as a consultant to help clients unlock new opportunities within the Google App Ecosystem.
  • Apply expertise in third-party mobile measurement partners, iOS measurement frameworks, and cross-platform data analysis to ensure accurate attribution across Google Ads, Firebase, Google Analytics 4, and mobile measurement partners.
  • Partner with clients using data-driven insights.
  • Advise on asset mix, including images, video, and HTML5.
  • Conduct creative A/B testing and ensure alignment with vertical best practices.
  • Build trusted customer relationships, uncover business needs, and translate them into solutions that achieve customer goals.
  • Work with sellers to deliver customer outcomes and shape advertising solutions.
  • Onboard customers and serve as the technical architect of their growth by bridging technical implementation with sales strategy.
  • Help app-first businesses scale across the Google ecosystem.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience reaching out to app-first customers with a hunter mindset and pitching comprehensive cross-channel advertising solutions.
  • Experience analyzing data across Google Ads and third-party tools, including mobile measurement partners, Firebase, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience working at a mobile measurement partner or a major app network.
  • Understanding of post-back logic and the technical foundations required for measurement accuracy.
  • Understanding of Google app campaigns and the iOS and Android tracking landscape, including SKAdNetwork, ATT, and Privacy Sandbox.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations that improve efficiency and drive growth.
