Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for project support and site visits, with flexibility to accommodate operational hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze current operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct on-site time studies, measurements, and layout assessments.
  • Assist in preparing and facilitating Kaizen events at various stations to gain frontline insights.
  • Implement on-site findings to support continuous improvements
  • Visit delivery stations and sorting hubs to build team support for key initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Intelcom handles last-mile delivery for e-commerce across Canada using internal teams and a network of independent contractors.
