Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent years of experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development project management, with at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Release Manager
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while managing the day-to-day activities of a product team
  • Strong technical background and experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Ability to adapt and develop working relationships and interact with people at all levels of the company and effectively resolve escalating situations in the absence of leaders
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product Manager, engineers, and cross-functional partners to translate product requirements into user stories
  • Serve as the Scrum Master and lead the Scrum process, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching the team on agile principles and practices
  • Align with other product teams on product development dependencies - communicate blockers and dependencies to the Product Manager and Kiosk product team
  • Assist the product development team in creating and prioritizing a product roadmap & aligning with cross functional teams to execute against the Kiosk product roadmap by defining product and project requirements by identifying key milestones, timelines, and phases
  • Manage team progress, communicate to stakeholders, and ensure team is hitting commitments
  • Help Kiosk product team to troubleshoot issues, recommend actions, and follow up on resolution
  • Active involvement and influence in building out agile maturity and capabilities by participating and establishing standard tools and best practices
