Manage all of Remi’s roofing and structural projects from beginning to end–working with a variety of subcontractors along the way.
Follow up on every project that is in progress often, to ensure nothing is falling through the cracks in the customer journey.
Have daily meetings with contractors across the US to discuss project progress and work through any potential project delays.
Provide project insights through Remi’s software for partnered solar companies to be able to stay up-to-date on their customer’s projects.
Manage projects in alignment with cycle time SLAs for completing projects–giving special attention to projects that are moving more slowly than they should be.
1-2 years prior experience in project coordination/management.
Prior experience in the roofing, solar, or home construction industry is a plus.
Ability to effectively manage 150+ projects moving through the project process simultaneously.
Ability to conduct effective daily contractor meetings, driving results of faster cycle times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with contractors and partnered solar companies.
Quick learner with the ability to work independently in a variety of software applications for tracking customers.
Proven ability to drive results, identify process inefficiencies, and create solutions for resolving them.
Able to work in-office at Remi’s corporate office in Lehi, UT five days a week.
