Who you are:

You are compulsively organized, the corners are swept, I’s dotted, and T’s crossed.  You are a problem solver, when an obstacle is encountered you go into solution mode quickly.  If you end up needing help you ask for it, and then proceed to finish any part of a project that isn’t blocked.

You are metrics and goal-driven, given the option you would always prefer to have an objective measure of your success rather than subjective opinions, think speed skater instead of figure skater.  You believe your destiny ultimately lies in your control, your environment impacts you but your choices determine your destination.  You develop strong relationships with others but ultimately understand the job needs to get done, you aren’t afraid to stand your ground and push your agenda to accomplish your mission. 

What you will do:

• You will own the relationship with several independent roofing contractors, they are your team and your ability to work with them will ultimately determine your success. 

• You will guide 100-150 roofing projects from beginning to completion at any given time, many will be straightforward and go according to plan, and some will not.  You will be responsible for finding solutions to unique roadblocks for each project.

• You will coordinate with your contractors daily to help them solve problems, track progress, and finish jobs. Influencing their priorities to put Remi’s jobs first will be important.

• You will own weekly production goals based on the number of jobs in your pipeline.  

• You will forecast each week to help the business know what to expect from your pipeline.
