  • Strategic Growth & Client Acquisition: You will spearhead Nava’s expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the California market.
  • Advisory & Consulting: Act as a trusted consultant to employer groups, advising on benefits strategy and helping optimize their benefits solutions through customized, data-driven approaches.
  • Hunter’s Mindset: You’re a natural closer, constantly seeking out new opportunities.
  • Industry Expertise & Market Trends: Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Client Success: While your primary focus is growth, you will collaborate closely with our Client Success team to ensure high retention rates and superior client satisfaction.
