  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with periodic slow times.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and other required software at a proficient level.
  • Interact professionally and cordially with other mountain departments.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Report to work before lifts turn at 6 a.m. to support safe operations.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the opening and closing of lifts throughout the day and maintain a detailed record of daily events.
  • Communicate by phone, email, and radio with major departments affected by lift-operation status.
  • Update lift-status media for the Sugarloaf website and public information boards.
  • Assist lift operations as needed.
  • Assist with administrative and office-support tasks as needed.
