  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Human Resources or Business Administration preferred)
  • 1+ years' experience in a People Operations or HR focused role
  • Strong Excel and office suite skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail oriented - nothing gets by you!
  • Ability to focus on a single project from start to finish
  • Strong desire to master every aspect of Arrive's Total Rewards programs
  • Ability to conduct themselves with a high level of discretion
  • Respect for confidentiality and personal tact - this is a MUST!
  • Perform support activities to implement and administer compensation and benefit policies and programs
  • Create and maintain job profiles within our HRIS system (Workday)
  • Review employee job and compensation changes and ensure Workday is updated accordingly and in a timely fashion
  • Run weekly audits to ensure new hire compensation data and job profile assignments are accurate and up to date. Where there are changes, partner with Total Rewards and People Operations teams to drive system updates
  • Oversee and become the subject matter expert in our internal peer rewards program, WorkTango
  • Assist with compensation projects and initiatives as they come up
  • Monitor the Benefits email and Slack channel and respond to employee questions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Complete monthly invoices for all benefit providers ensuring timely submissions
  • Review and manage all benefits file feeds and integrations
  • Assist with scheduling webinars, wellness events, and other employee support activities throughout the year and during the Open Enrollment period
  • Assists with administration of Arrive's leave of absence programs
  • Assist with benefits projects and initiatives as they come up
