Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and motivate a team of Field and Internal Sales Representatives
  • Lead by example and get in the field
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed their sales objectives through coaching and training
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets of qualified opportunities and pipeline
  • Work closely with Marketing to build campaigns for lead generation
  • Regularly report on team and individual results
  • Own sales reporting and analysis
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity
