Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience building out workplace wellness/mental health strategies
  • Post-secondary education and/or related courses that would fall under wellness or mental health
  • Nice to have: Mental Health, Psychological Safety, or insurance education, training or certificates
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Active listening and critical thinking skills
  • Proactive and positive approach; ability to exercise initiative and follow up skills, with great written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to deliver high quality client work with high levels of efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Excellent customer service skill set with clients, vendors, and insurers

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with clients to develop well-being strategies, including evaluation frameworks
  • Data analytic reviews, can review multiple sets of data and can strategically action next steps
  • Developing strategic communications to help employees understand the strategy framework
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data reviews and strategic communications
  • Consulting and contributing to developing well-being brands
  • Keeping clients on track with their projects to meet desired objectives
  • Preparing client facing power point reports based on strategies developed
  • Providing excellent service to our clients via virtual TEAMs meetings, face-to-face meetings or email to assess and fulfil contract requirements
  • Attending and facilitating client meetings, developing agenda’s, documenting meeting notes, and follow through with all action items
  • Speaking to clients about the Canadian wellness landscape (vendors/insurers) to highlight our depth in knowledge to provide unbiased consulting advice
  • Completing wellness vendor marketings (e.g. EFAP, Telemedicine, Executive Medicals, etc.), as well as negotiating fees and contract parameters to meet the priorities/objectives of our clients
  • Contributing to RFP’s, developing content and responding to complex questions
  • Working collaboratively with our team across the country on all existing clients
  • Working with the national team to streamline processes and develop templates for efficiency
  • Having the ability to be able to see the big picture and identify new opportunities (strategic mindset)
  • Contributing to external marketing efforts, such as developing and presenting the Health & Performance philosophy, developing content for articles or blogs, or attending conferences for brand awareness
  • Assisting with special projects, as required
