Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the Global Diagnostics Enterprise P&L, including forecasting, variance reviews, and partner allocations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports (revenue, gross margin, operating expenses) with actionable business insights.
  • Monitor, track, and report on global diagnostics performance, proactively identifying issues, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Act as a key finance contact for diagnostics product and medical affairs teams, providing financial guidance and analysis to support operational decisions and efficiency improvements.
  • Continuously improve reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics tools to align financial performance with strategic priorities while ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Experience in Capital Equipment, Medical Devices, Animal Health, or operational finance is preferred.
