Help customers get excited about Lexus vehicles by answering questions and demonstrating vehicles
Discover each customer’s needs, and then identify the right vehicle based on those needs
Facilitate remarkable customer experiences by delivering on our “Car Buying on Your Terms” promise
Work with management to complete the customer’s purchase, ensuring the most personalized experience possible
Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete
Have the opportunity every day to build brand ambassadors for Lexus vehicles with guests resulting in a long-term Lexus customers
