Requirements
  • Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
  • Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming IRD calls promptly, warmly, and professionally, following Delano service standards.
  • Take food and beverage orders clearly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy in communication and upselling where appropriate.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, dietary considerations, and daily specials.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and IRD team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of guest orders.
  • Process guest orders using the property’s point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy.
  • Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergen information with care and attention.
  • Follow up on orders, ensuring prompt delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving any service-related issues calmly and professionally.
  • Support the overall IRD operation, including assisting with tray setups, amenities, and mise en place when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
  • Adhere to grooming standards and represent the Delano brand with style and confidence.
  • Protect guest privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
