Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales or technical experience is required.
  • A technical degree is required.
  • A Class B license is required.
  • The candidate must be able to drive a company car or participate in the Kurita America FAVR program.
  • The candidate must be able to climb, ascend, and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and industrial equipment safely and effectively.
  • The candidate must be able to reach and extend the hands and arms in any direction.
  • The candidate must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods of time.
  • The candidate must be able to push, pull, lift, bend, and stoop for sustained periods of time.
  • The candidate must be able to use the upper extremities to move objects and equipment with steady force.
  • The candidate must be able to work in temperatures above 100 degrees for periods exceeding one hour.
  • The candidate must be able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods, sometimes requiring overnight travel.
  • The candidate must follow customer safety rules and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve $3,500 in gross profit value from new accounts.
  • Increase invoiced gross profit dollar totals to a $50,000 annual run rate.
  • Achieve $125,000 in new-account sales at an annual run rate.
  • Achieve $500 per service hour.
  • Open one new account per month.
  • Make 15 sales calls per week.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Water Technologist certification is preferred.
  • Complete in-house training as needed to meet objectives.
  • Complete field training with other representatives to meet objectives.

Kurita opens engineering centre in Arizona to boost water treatment support across North America

Kurita America has opened a new Engineering Center in Phoenix, Arizona, featuring a 10,900-square-foot warehouse and 3,800-square-foot office. The facility strengthens the company's ability to deliver engineering services and operational support across North America. The centre supports engineering, project delivery, technical training and field service throughout the lifecycle of water treatment facilities. It will house multidisciplinary teams specialising in mechanical, electrical and BIM design, alongside quality assurance, project management and procurement support. The expansion responds to growing project volumes and increasing demand for localised support beyond initial equipment delivery. Part of the global Kurita Group, Kurita America provides industrial water treatment solutions combining technologies, engineering, equipment and services.

Kurita Announces Amalgamation Of Canadian Entities

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kurita America, part of the Kurita Group, a leading global provider of industrial water treatment solutions, today announced the amalgamation of Keytech Water Management Company (KTWM) with Kurita Canada Inc. (KCI). The integrated entity will be known as Kurita Canada Inc., headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario, and will serve customers throughout Canada. KTWM initially joined the Kurita Group in April 2021.
