As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting daily waste processing operations by safely moving materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with core plant functions. This role includes paid training, company-provided uniforms, leading health benefits, tuition reimbursement, vacation/PTO after 90 days, Stay-On bonus, making this a strong opportunity to grow within an essential, mission-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload 16-foot and 26-foot box trucks.
• Move and position trucks at loading docks and designated unloading areas.
• Use hand trucks and other equipment to safely move materials and products.
• Receive incoming inventory and properly store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with order fulfillment.
• Accurately track and document daily inventory, processing, and production activity.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Keep warehouse areas, loading/unloading zones, and equipment clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks and meet productivity goals.
• Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, sanitation, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and push/pull loads up to 200 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check and drug screening.
