- Implement secure software development techniques, including encryption, user authentication, and role-based access control to protect system data.
- Programmatically interface with third-party systems to asynchronously exchange requests and responses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the application meets their needs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with specific databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.

In a related development, Redhorse announced the promotion of Noah Klemm from chief delivery officer to president, effective immediately.
Redhorse has expanded the leadership team within its national security practice with the appointment of Michael Rauseo as vice president of national security growth and Lance Orr as VP of national security operations.
