Requirements
  • 7+ years of solution consulting / pre-sales experience in the quality domain within life sciences
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing a remote team of A-players, preferably leading a team of solution consultants
  • Experience managing through influence in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Proven understanding of complex product capabilities, use cases, best practices, and challenges
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, IT, and/or business managers, and be able to tailor the conversation and topics of discussion accordingly
  • Passionate about software and technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to dive into details
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings, internal events, and conferences
  • Native-level fluency in English
  • Self-starter
Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality solution consulting team, lead by example
  • Manage the operational, day-to-day activities of the team
  • Bear overall people management responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor team members throughout their career development
  • Conduct effective and efficient hiring
  • Develop and deliver client-facing presentations and live demonstrations
  • Work closely with the sales and strategy teams to build, manage and maintain key customer and prospect relationships
