7+ years of solution consulting / pre-sales experience in the quality domain within life sciences
3+ years of experience building and managing a remote team of A-players, preferably leading a team of solution consultants
Experience managing through influence in a complex, matrixed organization
Proven understanding of complex product capabilities, use cases, best practices, and challenges
Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, IT, and/or business managers, and be able to tailor the conversation and topics of discussion accordingly
Passionate about software and technology
Excellent communication skills
Ability and willingness to dive into details
Ability to travel for customer meetings, internal events, and conferences
Native-level fluency in English

The Role

As a part of Solution Consulting at Veeva, you are a key part of the sales process. Solution Consulting provides the technical and functional know-how and conducts value-based demonstrations of our applications to show prospects and customers how Veeva solutions will help them to achieve their goals.

As the SC Manager, you will be leading the Solution Consulting team covering the Quality domain and overseeing customer demonstrations, RFP responses, and the introduction of new Veeva products into the market. You will lead by example within a distributed team and will be responsible for mentoring, staffing, and hiring colleagues.

You will be working closely with internal key stakeholders, sales and strategy leaders, and Account Partners across the region on multiple simultaneous sales processes.
