Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in analytics, reporting, financial modeling, or statistics, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAS and SQL supporting data-driven rule development for fraud monitoring or identifying out-of-pattern or anomalous activity across large enterprise datasets.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, design, development, and implementation of enterprise internal fraud detection rules.
  • Drive the evolution of proactive monitoring by identifying emerging threats, assessing control gaps, and recommending rule enhancements to improve risk coverage and detection effectiveness.
  • Execute and oversee monitoring controls to ensure consistent and effective fraud detection.
  • Provide thought leadership on fraud analytics methodologies, monitoring approaches, and industry best practices to strengthen enterprise fraud risk proactive monitoring.
  • Use advanced SAS and SQL analytics to evaluate large, complex data environments, uncover fraud risk indicators, and develop and optimize detection strategies.
  • Translate complex business, operational, and control requirements into scalable analytical solutions that balance risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
  • Influence and partner with senior business leaders, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, and control functions to implement monitoring solutions and control improvements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on highly complex analytical initiatives, serving as a key consultant and escalation point for fraud detection strategy and monitoring decisions.
  • Operate independently, exercising sound judgment in managing priorities, resolving ambiguous issues, and making risk-based recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support governance, documentation, and audit readiness for fraud monitoring activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of internal fraud risk management, employee fraud typologies, and proactive monitoring strategies.
  • Experience designing and implementing rule-based detection strategies to identify potential fraud or out-of-pattern or anomalous activity.
  • Experience leveraging large, complex datasets to build proactive monitoring solutions that identify potential fraud signals.
  • Experience in advanced analytics techniques, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and rule-based detection approaches.
  • Experience operating within large, complex data environments with disparate data sources, systems, and database structures.
  • Quantitative educational background, such as Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics, with extensive applied analytics experience.
  • Experience integrating and analyzing human resources, allegation, and business application data to develop holistic fraud risk insights and inform predictive monitoring strategies.
  • Familiarity with the allegation lifecycle, including intake, sensitive matters, internal investigations, root cause analysis, and customer impact considerations.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate analytical insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership, audit, and regulatory audiences.
  • A proven track record delivering fraud detection and monitoring solutions that are defensible and withstand regulatory and audit review.
  • Experience managing work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with competing priorities and regulatory expectations.
  • Familiarity with Python or additional analytics tools to support automation and analytical efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including supervised and unsupervised machine learning and natural language processing.

Swift Current Energy secures $750M credit facility to accelerate US clean energy development

Swift Current Energy has secured a $750 million corporate credit facility, with an option to expand by $250 million to reach $1 billion in total capacity. The facility will support the development of clean energy projects across the United States. Crédit Agricole CIB served as administrative agent and coordinating lead arranger alongside ING Capital and Truist Securities. The dual-tranche facility has a three-year term and provides flexible access to cash and letter of credit capacity. Since its founding in 2016, Swift Current has commercialised 5 gigawatts of clean energy projects, owns and operates more than 1 gigawatt, and has over 10 gigawatts in development. Chief executive officer Michael Arndt said the financing provides flexibility to advance the company's platform and bring new energy resources online efficiently.

Charles Schwab completes $2.6B debt offering with fixed-to-floating rate senior notes

Charles Schwab Corporation has completed a $2.6 billion debt offering, issuing two tranches of fixed-to-floating rate senior notes. The company sold $1.25 billion of 5.108% notes due 2032 and $1.35 billion of 5.655% notes due 2037. The offering was led by BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Morgan Stanley, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as joint bookrunning managers.
