Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM systems experience is a plus)
