Our Sales Managers provide leadership and guidance while demonstrating excellence in the field. Strong marketing skills and tactful practice come together in this role to create vision and cohesion in alignment with Sales goals.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hospice sales team in Rancho Mirage. Responsible for branch team goals and oversight for the overall marketing strategy.

Pay rate starting at $90,000 annually and up, DOE
Responsibilities
- Maintain individual territory in addition to all Sales duties management duties.
- Perform individual sales duties at the highest levels and should display professional behavior both externally and internally.
- Implementation of all new clinical programs in their territory.
- Participation in sales training, sales and program development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters Degree preferred.
- At least three years experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home care operations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
