Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Stimulate, maintain, and rehabilitate the functional, cognitive, and sensory abilities of residents.
  • Improve residents' daily lives across their living environments by selecting appropriate technical aids, including wheelchairs, meal-assistance equipment, and major assistive devices.
  • Promote residents' autonomy and independence while considering their needs and abilities.
  • Evaluate and review results with the team, and adapt the methods used to residents' abilities.
  • Participate in various meetings, case reviews, and assessments.
  • Maintain contact with residents' families and legal representatives.
