Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Engineering while a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience driving supplier quality engagements with OSATs, CMs, Fabs, as well as EDA Tool Suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills are essential.
  • Direct experience working in a high-volume manufacturing setting in an engineering role.
  • A strong candidate will come from a background of relevant hands-on electrical engineering.
  • Deep experience dealing with auditing suppliers in Asia.
  • Expert in excursion management.
  • Demonstrated supplier audit expertise with ASQ certification (preferred).
  • Experience with PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, high-speed products (preferred).
  • Experience working with high-speed chips, PCBA, as well as with EDA tools and software (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier related quality escalations.
  • Drive audit process at suppliers.
  • Develop exceptional internal relationships to leverage as the supplier quality expert.
  • Proactively derisk supplier processes to reduce supplier-based quality issues as much as possible.
  • 20% Travel is to be expected.
