- A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, the Risk Management Framework, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, or secure operations.
- A Department of Defense 8140-compliant cybersecurity certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner Plus, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst Plus, or an equivalent compliant certification.
- Knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology controls, Security Technical Implementation Guides, Plan of Action and Milestones management, access control, incident response, risk assessment, vulnerability remediation, audit readiness, and compliance documentation.
- Department of Defense experience securing cloud-hosted environments, DevSecOps pipelines, application platforms, databases, and enterprise integrations.
- An active Secret clearance.
- Implement and validate Risk Management Framework security controls across ACWS applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and integrations.
- Conduct Security Technical Implementation Guide compliance reviews, vulnerability assessments, security scans, and remediation tracking.
- Maintain Risk Management Framework, Authority to Operate, Plan of Action and Milestones, continuous-monitoring, and audit evidence.
- Support secure DevSecOps pipelines, access controls, incident response, and security operations.
- Coordinate assessments, audits, and compliance activities to strengthen the ACWS security posture and maintain authorization.
- Familiarity with federal security requirements, eMASS coordination, IL-5/IL-6 environments, low-code platforms, and compliance support for mission systems.
- Experience with Appian-based solutions in federal or regulated environments.
