Audatex and AutoFlow launch bi-directional integration to sync parts pricing for UK repairers

Audatex (Solera) and AutoFlow have launched a bi-directional integration between AutoFlow's Bodyshop Management System and the Audatex estimating platform, going live nationwide in the UK in April 2026. The integration automatically synchronises parts pricing between both systems, eliminating manual re-entry and reconciliation that currently causes pricing discrepancies and cost leakage. The enhancement addresses persistent inefficiencies in the UK collision repair market, where repairers often reconcile parts prices across multiple systems. Early analysis suggests it could save the industry hundreds of thousands of administrative hours annually whilst helping repairers protect profitability by reducing pricing mismatches and avoidable rework. The integration supports smoother coordination across the entire repair journey, from estimate through to completion, building on the existing partnership between the two companies.

Solera Announces Landmark AI Investment and Major DealerSocket(R) CRM Upgrade Ahead of NADA Show 2026

Solera announces landmark AI investment and major DealerSocket(R) CRM upgrade ahead of NADA Show 2026. New conversational AI lead response and AI-powered lead scoring help dealers respond faster, work smarter, and grow more profitably. LAS VEGAS, Feb. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Solera, a global leader in data-driven vehicle lifecycle and dealership solutions, today announced a landmark investment in AI-powered technology for automotive retailers, including a major upgrade to its CRM platform, aka DealerSocket(R). The company will debut the new capabilities at NADA Show 2026 in Las Vegas as part of its cloud platform experience. The investment includes a transformational R&D program specifically dedicated to accelerating innovation in CRM, unifying email, phone, web, and showroom engagement in one modern, AI-driven customer platform for dealerships of all sizes. AI that works the way dealerships actually sell At NADA 2026, Solera will unveil new conversational AI lead response capabilities designed to help dealers respond to every lead with timely, dealership-branded follow-up - 24/7 and at scale. Embedded directly into CRM, the new AI assistant can engage shoppers with natural-language responses, answer common questions, confirm preferences, and move qualified buyers toward an appointment or live follow-up with the sales team. In parallel, Solera is introducing AI-powered lead scoring and insight features that continuously analyze lead behavior, engagement, and historical deal data to help sales and BDC teams prioritize the right opportunities. High-intent shoppers are surfaced to the top of task lists, while lower-intent prospects can be nurtured with automated, targeted outreach; helping dealers get more value from the same or smaller teams. These AI enhancements are delivered as part of the Solera Cloud Platform so that dealers benefit from shared data and intelligence across CRM, DMS, websites, marketing, service, and connected-car solutions; not as isolated tools bolted onto legacy systems. Part of a unified Solera Cloud Platform for dealers The new CRM capabilities will be showcased inside Solera's Dealer Cloud Platform at NADA, where visitors can see how DealerSocket CRM sits at the center of a broader, end-to-end ecosystem. Key platform components on display will include: * Call Center & vBDC: Precision-controlled inbound and outbound engagement, blending live agents and AI so dealers "never miss a call" while enforcing store-level rules and scripts. * DMS: A mission-critical dealer operating system that connects sales and F&I to accounting, titling, and reporting. * Marketing Engine: Data-driven campaigns that plug directly into CRM and websites to drive profit and conversion, not just clicks. * Service Suite: A high-performance fixed ops command system for scheduling, check-in, multipoint inspection, transportation, payments, and retention programs. * Inventory Intelligence: Always-on analytics to appraise, price, and stock vehicles based on live market demand. * Websites & Digital Retail: Precision-built digital experiences that hand off seamlessly into CRM and DMS. * LoJack(R)& Connected Car: Award-winning, law-enforcement integrated vehicle recovery and connected-car services that extend dealership relationships well beyond the showroom. Together, these solutions form a single cloud platform that lets dealers unify Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Connected Car around one source of truth. A smarter, more human CRM In addition to conversational AI and AI scoring, the upgraded DealerSocket CRM release introduces a series of enhancements designed to modernize day-to-day selling and make digital engagement feel more human. Recent and near-term enhancements include: * A modernized email experience, including "video in email," so salespeople and BDC agents can record and send personalized video messages directly from CRM, using a refreshed, consistent email editor. * Integrated call management via Solera Call Services, bringing 24/7 live and AI-assisted coverage into the same environment where internet and showroom leads are tracked. * Deeper website and chat integration, turning digital behavior and web conversations into structured CRM leads and follow-up tasks in real time. * Improved dashboards and mobile usability, giving dealer groups clearer visibility across rooftops and enabling teams to manage leads from anywhere. Launching at NADA Show 2026 Solera will formally launch the new DealerSocket CRM features at NADA Show 2026 in Las Vegas, where the company is creating a "Dealers thrive here.(TM)" destination experience inside the West Hall. The booth will feature live CRM and AI demonstrations, guided "day in the life" journeys for sales and BDC teams, and integrated views of how data flows across Solera's DMS, marketing, service, and connected-car solutions. In addition, Solera will highlight its broader AI investments across the dealership, including AI-powered service scheduling and voice assistants, advanced analytics, and conversational AI across multiple channels. These capabilities will be framed as part of a multi-year roadmap to give dealers practical, usable AI that supports their people rather than replacing them. Helping dealers thrive in an AI-driven market As margins tighten and consumer expectations rise, Solera's significant AI investment is aimed at giving dealers a competitive edge by making every customer interaction faster, smarter, and more personal - without adding more systems or headcount. By bringing conversational AI lead response, AI scoring, and a suite of new CRM engagement tools into DealerSocket, and by tying those tools into the broader Solera Cloud Platform, the company is reinforcing its core promise: Dealers thrive here.(TM) Dealers, partners, and media interested in seeing the new AI-powered DealerSocket CRM in action can visit Solera (#3423W) at NADA Show 2026 or request a demo through a Solera representative. Solera Debuts Cloud Platform To Help Dealers Thrive at NADA Show 2026 in Las Vegas

Solera debuts Cloud Platform to help dealers Thrive at NADA Show 2026 in Las Vegas. The company will highlight how automotive dealers can unify sales, service, finance, marketing, operations and connected car into a single, intelligent cloud platform that helps their entire business thrive, whatever the challenge. At the center of Solera's presence is a reimagined expo experience in the LVCC West Hall, designed as a destination rather than a traditional product island. Visitors will find open, hospitality-led zones for live demos, strategy conversations and informal networking, along with immersive brand and automotive elements that reflect the speed, precision and data-driven performance of today's top dealerships and groups. Thrive here.(TM): a customer-first promise to dealers The new brand focus shifts Solera's message from internal integration to customer outcomes. Instead of focusing on how many brands and product Solera has acquired and developed, the new platform speaks directly to how dealers thrive when every core workflow lives in a single ecosystem: selling more cars, retaining more customers, and reducing vendor and data chaos across the store or enterprise. For NADA 2026, that message comes to life as a clear promise that Solera's dealer solutions are engineered to unify Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Connected Car under one cloud, backed by AI and rich first-party data. Inside the booth, dealers will experience the Solera Cloud Platform in the context of real dealership roles and workflows, rather than siloed point solutions. Guided demos will show how: * The DMS functions as a mission-critical operating system for the store. * DealerSocket(R) CRM operates as a command-grade relationship engine, powered by equity mining, digital retailing and AI-driven follow-up. * Service Suite delivers a high-performance fixed ops command system, with digital check-in, multipoint inspection, mobile approvals, transportation, and integrated payments. * Inventory+ provides always-on inventory intelligence to support smarter appraisals, stocking and pricing. * Marketing Platform and websites operate as a data-driven profit and conversion engine, linking campaigns, websites and CRM to maximize ROI. * Call Services and Conversational AI create a precision-controlled inbound and outbound contact center that converts more phone and digital traffic into appointments. * Titling provides a frictionless titling and registration engine that accelerates funding, improves compliance and reduces DMV rework. * LoJack(R) and related connected-car services extend the platform into vehicle recovery, lot management and advanced connected-car experiences. Across the booth, Solera will highlight AI-powered capabilities such as AI-generated estimates, predictive marketing, conversational AI assistants and advanced reporting - all designed to help dealers act on their data in real time, across the entire customer lifecycle. Drive + Thrive at F1 Arcade: the client experience everyone wants to be at To deepen relationships with key customers and prospects, Solera will host an exclusive "Drive + Thrive" evening at F1 Arcade in Las Vegas during NADA. The invite-only event will combine competitive racing simulators, hospitality and networking, giving dealer principals and senior leaders a high-energy environment to connect with Solera executives and product experts. The experience is designed to create real, memorable moments with high-value clients and prospects - the kind of stories that are still being told long after NADA closes - while reinforcing Solera's positioning around performance, precision and team-based success. Solera will also use NADA 2026 to spotlight its support for women and diverse leaders in automotive retail, including participation in WIND (Women in Dealerships) and WOCAN activations. These efforts will include sponsored gatherings, thought-leadership participation and curated networking moments that bring together women and under-represented leaders from across the dealership community. By investing in these communities, Solera aims to do more than talk about inclusion - it aims to connect its platform and expertise with the people shaping the future of the industry, from general managers and dealer principals to rising operational leaders. The Solera Cloud Platform: one intelligent layer for every dealership function At NADA, Solera will present its dealer portfolio as a cohesive Solera Cloud Platform, spanning: * Sales: CRM, digital retailing, equity mining, call services and conversational AI to identify buyers, work deals faster and personalize every interaction. Advertisement * Service & Fixed Operations: Service Suite, multipoint inspection, repair diagnostics, scheduling, transportation/shuttle and pickup & delivery, mobile payments and advanced reporting to drive throughput, upsell and retention. * Finance & Titling: Integrated DMS, desking, credit card and payment solutions, plus simplified titling to streamline the paperwork, compliance and funding that sit behind every deal. * Marketing: A unified marketing platform connecting first-party data, websites and campaign tools to deliver smarter acquisition, retention and conquest marketing - all measured back to revenue. * Operations: Advanced reporting, sustainability and back-office tools that give leaders real-time insight into performance, efficiency and profitability across rooftops. Advertisement * Connected Car & Vehicle Experience: LoJack(R), vehicle recovery, mobility and connected-car services that extend the dealer's relationship beyond the showroom and service drive. Supporting capabilities on display will include AI Solutions, Mobility Services, Multipoint Inspection, Parts Delivery, Scheduling Services, Shuttle Solutions, Sustainability, Enhanced Reporting, Call Services, Conversational AI, Credit Card Solutions, Digital Retailing, DMS, Inventory Management, Marketing and more - all working together in one connected ecosystem built to solve challenges faces modern dealerships. As the retail automotive landscape continues to evolve, Solera's goal at NADA 2026 is straightforward: show dealers what it looks like when their entire operation runs on one intelligent, AI-enabled platform - and how that translates into revenue growth, loyal customers and a more resilient business. From the "Dealers thrive here.(TM)" experience, to the "Drive + Thrive" F1 Arcade event and WIND/WOCAN engagements, Solera's presence in Las Vegas is designed to demonstrate not only what the technology can do, but how it feels to partner with a company that is fully invested in dealer success.
