Requirements
  • A recognised Yoga Teacher Training qualification of at least 200 hours from a recognised provider, or a recognised Pilates Instructor qualification relevant to the classes being delivered.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering safe group yoga, Pilates, meditation, mindfulness or other wellness classes for guests with varied abilities and experience levels.
  • The ability to work independently, use sound judgement and maintain a calm, professional and welcoming manner in a busy guest-facing environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and early, late or split shifts as required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead yoga, Pilates, meditation and mindfulness sessions for guests of all abilities.
  • Create personalised guest experiences across the Spa, Wellness, Fitness and Hair Salon.
  • Manage bookings, enquiries and wellness spaces to keep the operation running smoothly.
  • Share ideas and expertise to help grow and enhance the wellness program.
  • Support spa revenue and operations through rebooking, retail sales and guest service.
  • Welcome guests, manage reservations, recommend experiences and products, process payments, and handle spa reception tasks.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in spa reception, hotel reception, reservations, guest services, retail sales or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly develop knowledge of, spa treatments, wellness experiences, retail products, pricing and booking procedures.
  • Previous experience in a luxury resort, spa, wellness or fitness environment.
  • Additional qualifications or experience in breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, holistic wellness, Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates.
  • A genuine passion for wellness, yoga, Pilates and creating meaningful, personalised guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills, with the confidence to engage guests in group classes, private sessions and spa reception interactions.
  • Strong organisation, time-management and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities including scheduled classes, bookings, guest enquiries, payments and daily reception tasks.
