About the Role:
- The Marketing Operations Manager will plan, execute, and report on digital marketing activities across the entire demand marketing lifecycle, from acquisition to close to expansion, including global email campaigns, webinars, digital advertising, and social, web, and virtual events.
- You will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with leaders in Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community.
As the Marketing Operations Manager at Alluxio, What You Will Be Able to Build and Own:
- Plan, execute, and report on campaigns to support marketing goals aligned with product launches, demand generation, customer marketing, and developer education
- Develop and implement end-to-end global programs including emails, digital ads, social, nurture streams, web copy, and landing pages
- Project manage the execution of campaigns and programs internally as well as with agencies and vendors
- Drive strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support lead management, improved lead quality, enhanced data quality, and reporting
- Actively monitors, analyzes, and reports on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, lead acquisition, and activity
- Lead the Marketing technology strategy and manage the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of technologies into the Marketing stack
As the Marketing Operations Manager at Alluxio, What We are Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing automation, or sales operations
- Experience in planning and managing ABM programs and other field programs (webinars, email campaigns, etc.)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- Advanced proficiency with modern marketing and sales technology stacks (such as Hubspot, Marketo, WordPress, SFDC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented
- A sense of curiosity, willingness to learn, and self-motivated
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
